Structure: reinforced concrete is used for the structure in accordance with the Cyprus anti-seismic code. Concrete to be insulated with fibro stir.
Walls: external walls are 25 cm width (10 cm. hollow clay brick 5 cm. fibro stir - 10 cm. hollow clay brick) for better heat and sound insulation. Internal walls are 10 cm. hollow clay bricks.
Plastering and paintwork: all internal and external surfaces are covered with three coats of plaster and finished with three coats of paint.
Floor covering: all flooring on the upper floor except bathrooms will be laminate parquet of value up to €22.00/sq. m. The remaining internal flooring will be ceramic tiles of value up to €23.50/sq. m. Ceramic tiles on the terraces of value up to €15.00/sq. m. Decorated concrete will cover the parking place.
Wall covering: tiles on the walls of value up to €17.00/sq. m. Tiles will be placed up to 2.20 m. height in bathrooms and toilets. Tiles will also be placed between kitchen fittings.
Aluminum doors and windows: double-glazed doors and windows with MU100 special and MU2000. The color of the aluminums will be the physical.
Plumbing and sanitary ware: sanitary ware and mixers of total value €3000.00. Plumbing installation will conform to the pipein pipe system. A 1.5 ton water tank, solar panel and pressure pump will be placed with total purchase price €2300.00.
Electrical installation: electrical installations conform to the regulations of the electricity authority of Cyprus 16th edition.
Heating and air conditioning: provisions are made for the installation of diesel heating units and for air conditionings split units.
Timber works: wardrobes, kitchen fittings, bathroom cabinets and internal doors with oak or equivalent finish. Main entrance door will be constructed with irroko wood of value up to €2500.00. Corian will be placed on all kitchen surfaces of value up to €135.00/r.m. Stainless steel sinks and mixers of total purchase price up to €450.00.
Roof: fibro stir, light concrete and special insulating materials will be placed on the roof for better heating and sound installation.
Swimming pool: The construction of a swimming pool is optional.
